The cozy Steakhouse Piet de Leeuw is traditionally found on Noorderstraat in the center of Amsterdam, just steps from Rembrandtplein and the Heineken Experience.
Steakhouse Piet de Leeuw has built a solid reputation for its legendary steak and bread since 1949. Nowadays we also welcome other meat and fish dishes to our menu, our kitchen is known for delivering exquisite meals prepared with care.

Our interiors breathe authenticity with their wooden furniture, distinctive floorboards and gleaming beer pumps. Jenever jars still adorn the paneling, while the ceiling is adorned by oil paintings, stained-glass windows and wrought-iron lamps. A number of paintings and numerous photographs of guests who once found companionship at Pete the Lion’s fill the walls.
